This is a General Physical Preparedness program, getting you ready for every day life, in a fun welcoming community.
These are our extra memberships, which are more specific. We have two main extra classes Strong which focuses on Strength training and Move which focuses more on Conditioning. This is for our members that might have a more specific goal or simply just want more Strength or Conditioning, again all coached in a fun welcoming community. We also run a mobility class in the back room, which all our members can avail of.
